Our history
To create DEK, we started with a blank page: from a house that has had several lives until becoming a friendly hotel café.

And if we're starting from scratch... we might as well do it right!
First, we researched elements and photos from the Quimper archives and former owners to respect as much as possible the existing structure and the soul of the house. From major construction to finishes, we chose local companies happy to participate in the project and revive the house.
Then, accompanied by ADEME, we made the most virtuous choices in terms of insulation, energy-efficient equipment and heating with a pellet boiler, the most ecological option available.

Giving a soul and identity to our house
We naturally chose to hunt for furniture and objects to create unique and warm atmospheres in each room and limit our impact. We only bought what was necessary as new and made in France whenever possible.
Finally, we chose local suppliers who participate in local life and become everyday partners.
Nothing revolutionary, a lot of common sense and logic to offer the healthiest and most sincere project possible.
